How to check an installer
- Ask for the licence and insurance certificate that applies to the work

- Ask for the workmanship warranty in writing, separate from the liner manufacturer's pro-rated warranty
- Read the payment schedule: deposits up front on a fabricated product are normal, full payment before installation is not
